We build the automation that keeps one catalogue consistent everywhere it is listed.
Independent online sellers list the same stock across several marketplaces and their own website. Keeping that consistent by hand does not scale. We build the software that does it for them.

What we build
Infrastructure, not dashboards
Every part of the platform exists to take a repetitive task off somebody's day. These are the systems that do it.
Catalogue synchronisation
One record is the source of truth. Changes propagate outward to every connected marketplace and storefront, with per destination state, so a failure on one never corrupts the rest.
Scheduled publishing
Queued and recurring publication with per account rate limits, active hour windows and retry handling. Work runs on a schedule rather than on somebody remembering.
Unified messaging
Conversations from several separate accounts collected into one thread view, with assisted drafting so replies stay quick without being automated away entirely.
Multi-tenant storefronts
A customer gets their own site on their own domain, generated from their catalogue and branding. Shared code, isolated data, one deployment.
Postage and fulfilment
Label generation, postage balance and order state handled in one flow, so despatch is a step in the system rather than a separate errand.
Media handling
Upload, transformation, watermarking, storage accounting and delivery, built so large media never blocks the interface somebody is working in.
Identity verification
Document and liveness checks integrated at the point of onboarding, so accounts are verified before they can transact rather than audited afterwards.
How we build it
Boring where it counts
- A job that cannot finish says so and stops.
Silent partial success is the expensive failure, because nobody goes looking for it. Everything that runs unattended is built to fail loudly instead of quietly.
- Where two systems could disagree, one of them wins.
Every fact has one authoritative home and everything else reconciles to it. Two systems each half right is how data quietly rots.
- Nothing replaces live work without a way back.
Changes are staged, checked and backed up before they go anywhere near production, so recovery is a step rather than a project.
- Done means verified against the running system.
A clean log is not the same as a working feature. Work is confirmed where it actually runs before anyone calls it finished.
Structure
The software is the company
We build, own and operate the platform above. How it reaches people is a distribution question, and it has three answers.
Platforms we operate
Running our own platforms is the fastest way to find out what the automation actually needs to do. They are a channel for the software, not the business itself.
Customer storefronts
The same infrastructure generates and hosts individual sites on customers' own domains and branding. One codebase, isolated data, each site independent.
Direct subscription
Customers subscribe to the automation and connect it to platforms they already sell on, without touching anything we operate.
