This policy sets out what is and is not permitted when using our services. It applies to everyone with an account and to anything published or transmitted through our systems. Breaching it can lead to suspension or closure of an account.
1Age and identity
- Every account holder must be at least 18 years old.
- Identity and age verification must be completed where we require it, before the relevant features become available.
- Accounts must not be shared with, sold to, or operated on behalf of anyone under 18.
2Prohibited content and conduct
You must not use our services to create, store, publish or transmit anything that:
- involves a minor in any way, or that depicts or purports to depict a minor;
- involves any person who has not given informed consent, or who is unable to give it;
- is unlawful, or promotes or facilitates unlawful activity;
- infringes another person's intellectual property, privacy or publicity rights;
- is threatening, harassing, defamatory, or incites violence or hatred;
- discloses another person's private information without their permission;
- is fraudulent, deceptive, or intended to obtain money or data under false pretences.
Where a person other than the account holder appears in uploaded material, the account holder must hold documented proof of that person's age and consent, and must be able to produce it on request.
3Technical restrictions
- Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service, another account, or the systems it runs on.
- Do not probe, scan or test the security of the service without our written permission.
- Do not introduce malware, or use the service to distribute it.
- Do not place unreasonable load on the service, or attempt to bypass rate limits, quotas or automation controls.
- Do not use the service to send unsolicited bulk messages.
4Third party platforms
Where you connect an external platform, you must comply with that platform's own terms. Do not use our automation to breach them, to evade a restriction placed on you by a platform, or to operate an account you are not entitled to operate.
5Payments
Do not use the service to process payments for anything not permitted by this policy or by our payment providers. Do not attempt to disguise the nature of a transaction, or to route payments through the service on behalf of an unrelated business.
6Reporting
If you believe content or conduct breaches this policy, report it to hello@kctechnology.me with enough detail for us to find it. Reports concerning a minor, or non consensual material, are treated as urgent and are actioned ahead of anything else.
7How we enforce it
Depending on severity we may remove content, restrict a feature, suspend an account pending investigation, or close an account permanently. Where the law requires it we will report to, and cooperate with, the relevant authorities.
We may act without prior notice where there is a risk of harm, and we do not offer a refund for a period during which an account is suspended or closed for breaching this policy.
